Does Love Play Grow accept insurance?

Here’s What You Need to Know:

In order to provide the highest quality care possible, Love Play Grow is an out-of-network provider and private pay practice. As a private pay practice we do not directly bill insurance for therapy sessions. Payment for sessions is due at the time of service. However, we can happily provide superbills for you to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement and/or application toward your deductible if needed. A superbill is a detailed record of payment with special codes for what kind of service was provided, along with our license number.

We recommend if you have questions about your insurance to contact your insurance company about your out-of-network benefits. This will help you understand how much your particular plan will reimburse you. The CPT codes for sessions that are shown on our superbills are 90791, 90834.
